List Custom Reports

Lists the workspace's custom reports: id, title, URL, whether the report is pinned as a sidebar tab (and its rank), and how many blocks it holds (block_count). Pinned reports come first, in sidebar order, then the rest by last update.

Use it to find a custom report's id before adding blocks to it, or to build your own index of a client's reports.
